Hosting Checklist & Day-Of Timeline

What you get

Most Thanksgiving stress comes from timing: five dishes that all need the oven at four o'clock, a turkey still frozen on Wednesday night, guests arriving while the gravy is lumpy. This set breaks the month into small weekly jobs, then plans the day itself down to the hour.

The countdown is dated for Thanksgiving 2026. The timeline page shows you how to work backward from serving time with the USDA roasting chart beside it, and the oven grid lays out oven, stovetop, microwave and slow cooker side by side so clashes show up before the day. Ten quick fixes cover the usual disasters, and the cleanup page lists safe fridge and freezer times for leftovers.
