Terms, licence, refunds and privacy
Short and plain. This page covers what you buy, what you may do with it, and how your details are handled.
Terms of sale
Hosted Holidays sells digital downloadable files. When you pay, you buy a licence to download and use the files described on the product page, not the copyright in them.
Prices on this site are shown before tax. VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated at checkout from your billing country where that country requires it on digital goods, and the total is shown before you pay.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for every order. Your order is confirmed by Lemon Squeezy, and the files are delivered by download link on the confirmation page and in the receipt email.
Because the goods are digital and delivered immediately, the right to cancel a purchase ends once the download has been provided. For anything that genuinely did not work, see refunds below.
Licence
Each product is sold for personal use by the purchaser and their household. You may print as many copies as you need at home, and you may fill the PDF forms on screen on any device you own.
You may not resell the files, repackage them as your own product, share them with others, upload them to a shared drive or website, or use them for any commercial purpose. A single printed copy for a personal celebration is fine; printing them for sale is not.
For a commercial licence, such as printing the invitations for a business event, write to info@firstlinkai.com and a person will reply with the terms.
Refunds
If a file is defective, does not open, or is materially different from its product page, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Write to info@firstlinkai.com from the address you paid with, name the product, and a person replies the same day. Refunds are processed back to the card you used.
Privacy
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising scripts, and stores nothing about you on its own.
When you buy, your name, email address and order details are collected and held by Lemon Squeezy under its own privacy policy, because it processes the payment and delivers the download email. We see the order summary that Lemon Squeezy reports for each sale, and we use it only to answer support questions and verify refunds.
We do not run a mailing list, and we do not email you after your purchase beyond the receipt and any support conversation you start.
