Resolutions & Habit Tracker

What you get

Resolutions fail when they stay vague. This tracker is for anyone who has set the same resolution more than once and wants this year to be different. It turns each resolution into a small daily habit, then gives you a place to tick it off every single day of 2027.

Every monthly tracker is laid out for that exact month: the right number of days, the weekday beside every date, and weekends shaded so patterns stand out. Track up to eight habits a month, total them at month end, and copy the best one to a year summary. A one-page guide covers the principles that make habits stick, including the minimum version for hard days.
